'The valued supplier' is a set of tools for the selection and (periodic) evaluation of suppliers.
It is a balanced programme consisting of a set of procedures, questionnaires, performance indicators,
standard forms and audits. The approach exceeds the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 § 7.4.1.

The objectives and actions resulting from these evaluations will be measured and monitored. Results
will be recorded in standard reports that can be sent directly
to suppliers but can also be used during internal management review.
